It’s spring PEOPLE!!! WOOHOOOO!

It’s time to lighten up. brighten up and start thinking about all of the special occasions we have coming up in the next few months. Weddings, graduations, proms, The Derby…all of these demand a little extra fashion whimsy and I have just the DIY project to help you stand out and and feel like a taste maker.

Floral EVERYTHING is hot this season: floral patterns, prints, accessories and details and most of these items come at a hefty price, especially when it comes to shoes.  So why not create your own, floral detail on a pair of your old, under-used shoes. Silk flowers or petal clusters look fabulous and right-on-trend when added to the heels, sides or toes of sandals and pumps. Designers are offering many styles that incorporate these details, but was can do this ourselves ladies. A MAXIMUM of $10, including the hot glue and flower choices, has you al set to turn a basic pair of shoes into a marvelous statement shoes.

And while you are gluing on your petals, think about painting the soles of your shoes for the last word in your amazing style.
